Dry type concrete batching plants are facilities where dry concrete types are produced. It usually has models with a capacity of 60 cubic meters and 100 cubic meters. The most distinctive feature is that they do not have a concrete mixer. The mixing of water, cement and other materials is done by the mixer truck. Dry type concrete batching plants, which can be produced as mobile and fixed, automatically weigh aggregate, cement and water and discharge them into the mixer truck. The cost of the equipment produced using superior technology is also low and therefore it is one of the most used concrete batching plants. Costs such as transportation are also low in the use of dry type concrete batching plants.
Why Are 100 Cubic Meters Dry Type Concrete Batching Plants Used?
Concretes are used in the construction of high-rise buildings and in the production of concrete equipment. The high cost and labor requirement necessitated the use of concrete batching plants. Dry type concrete batching plant is one of the most preferred models among portable concrete batching plants, thanks to its lower cost and functionality. The installation of these equipments, which are produced in different capacities and features, is also easy and fast. The use of the machine, which is preferred by dam and construction companies, is also practical. Mixing operations are done by mixer truck and materials can be weighed automatically. It is an ideal concrete plant to produce concrete on demand.
Working Principle of Dry Concrete Batching Plants
Building materials known as ready-mixed concrete are produced with two different working principles. While one of them is dry wet system concrete plants, the other is dry system concrete batching plants. Their difference from each other is the mixing method used during the production of concrete. Concrete batching plants are selected according to the project and dry type concrete batching plants are used in dam and construction projects.
While the mixing process is done with the help of a mixer in wet type concrete plants, the materials that are automatically weighed in dry concrete plants are transferred to the truck. These equipments, which can be used with computerized automation systems, enable concrete production in the field. The mixing process is faster than wet systems and offers higher capacity production.
Technical Specifications of 100 Cubicm Dry Concrete Batching Plants
The weight of dry concrete batching plants with a production capacity of 100 cubic meters per hour is 35 tons without cement silos. Total engine power is 75 kilowatts and electricity generator requirement is 100 kilowatts. The area required to operate these equipment is 700 square meters.
While the volume of the aggregate hoppers is 4×20 cubic meters, the aggregate weighing hoppers are 2.5 cubic meters. The dimensions of the weighing chambers are 800×13000 mm. The dimensions of the aggregate transfer conveyor are 800×18000 mm. The capacity of cement weighing chambers in dry concrete batching plants is 1200 kilograms. Water weighing chambers are 600 liters, additive weighing chambers are 30 liters.
The air compressor is 300 liters and has a power of 5.5 kilowatts. Cement silos have a capacity between 50 and 500 tons. The dry concrete batching plant model of the desired capacity can be selected according to the need. The control type is fully automatic.
