The support plate ensures the safety of the drive system in a crusher and provides greater crushing power. The side linings of the crushers are made of steel casting, which is a material resistant to abrasion and impact. Jaws, which are of great importance in a jaw crusher, must be made of very strong material. Because in jaws with low quality material, damages occur during crushing and a healthy stone crushing process does not occur. The high manganese content and reversibility of the jaws have a complex jaw structure and allow different types of materials to be crushed.

Engines are used to break large materials as they are machines that move all other components, converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. Failure to use a suitable engine value in a jaw crusher will reduce the capacity of the crusher and prevent the desired size materials from being obtained. The nominal dimensions of the Di-90 jaw crusher model are 900×650 mm and 900×350 mm. This is in two breaker models. Motor powers consist of 90 kW and 55 kW. The crusher with high engine power has more ton capacity per hour.

Di-110 jaw crusher has nominal dimensions of 1100×850 and 1100×350 mm and motor powers are 132kW and 90kW. In these crushers, the capacity increases as the engine power increases. The nominal dimensions of the Di-140 model are 14000×1100 mm and its motor power is 200kW. The nominal dimensions of the crushers determine the size of the material they will install. The material to be fed between the jaws must be smaller than the jaw opening. Otherwise, blockages will occur in the jaw crusher. In addition, all motors used in the jaw crusher are 1500 rpm and the speed can be changed with the support of the reducer when necessary.
