The materials to be broken are divided into three headings according to their usage areas as primary, secondary and tertiary. These names can also take place in the literature as primary, secondary and tertiary. Tertiary, which means tertiary, is the crusher that comes into play after the primary crusher and secondary crusher processes.

Tertiary crushers, also known as sand machines in general, are machines that grind all stones, large and small, with fine workmanship. The purpose of the tertiary crusher, which is used to refine and reduce materials such as limestone, limestone, basalt, quarry materials, stream materials and mines, is to reduce the size of the material. The use of tertiary machines, which do not have an alternative option, in processes called fine production, has made the name of the machine known as sand machine.

The crusher is divided into two as vertical shaft crusher and horizontal rotor impact crusher according to their functions. Although there are three different tertiary crusher models at Di-Çelik, the engine power of these machines is designed as 160 kW, 200 kW, 250-315 kW. Di- Çelik continues to serve the users with its expert and experienced teammates.

Tertiary crusher machines, which have the principle of working with high impact power, allow the material on the sieve to hit the fixed pallets with the help of crusher pallets. As a result of this process, which takes place thanks to the rotors rotating at high speed, a cube-shaped and thin material is produced. These thin and cube-shaped materials are removed from the machine as they cannot pass through the sieve with the help of crusher pallets.

The fact that the covers of the tertiary crusher can be opened easily is directly proportional to the ease of maintenance. The operations performed on these machines, which have a high degree of sand supply, can be easily carried out thanks to the impact wedges and rotors rotating at high speed.

Di-Çelik Assurance in Tertiary Crushers

There are three types of tertiary crushers in Di-Çelik. These; Di-Çelik-TK-65, TK-100 and TK-130 models. The rotor diameter is designed as 1100 mm in all three models. While the feeding size is 100 mm in the Di- Steel -TK-65 model, this size is 150 mm in the other two models.

The rotor width of Di-Çelik -TK-65 model is 650 mm, TK-100 model is 1000 mm and TK-130 model is 1300 mm. The engine power of the Di-Çelik-TK-65 model tertiary crusher, which has a capacity between 60 and 80 tons/hour, is 160 kW. This model tertiary crushers with a weight of 9000 kg can produce materials in desired dimensions.

The capacity of the Di-Çelik-TK-100 model is between 80 and 130 tons/hour. The weight of this model, which has 200 kW engine power, is designed as 11500 kg. The Di-Çelik TK-130 model, on the other hand, continues to operate with an engine power between 250 kW and 315 kW. The capacity of this model, which has a weight of 13000 kg, varies between 130 tons and 160 tons / hour.

Di- Çelik Tertiary Crusher Types

Gradation rotor speed can be adjusted according to the demands of the customers. Tertiary crushers work with the principle of high speed impact effect. The products given from the feeding port of the machine are conveyed to the linings with the help of pallets. The connected pendulums can be adjusted according to the wishes and needs of the users. With the help of hydraulic pistons in the machine, the pendulums can be easily approached or removed from the rotor. These machines, which have the power to work in two directions, can be periodically turned in the opposite direction when desired.
