It still continues its activities in Diyarbakır Organized Industrial Zone with a closed production area of 6500 m2 and induction melting furnaces with a capacity of 2500 tons/year. We pour the pre-crushing costs with special high manganese alloys. We choose proven alloy combinations to give maximum toughness. For the crusher jaws, steel in the correct composition with low trace element amounts and a tightly controlled heat treatment are mandatory. Castings of different thicknesses are heat treated in the right programs with different temperatures and heating times and quenched appropriately.

Composite bi-metal hammers are composite castings produced by combining two different materials with exceptional wear resistance and sufficient toughness. These castings provide 3-5 times the working life of conventional manganese hammers. It is preferred when high manganese steel castings and high chromium cast irons do not provide the desired working safety and wear life.
