Single Shaft Concrete Mixer (Single Shaft Mixer)
They are the most preferred single shaft concrete mixers among concrete mixers. Single-shaft mixers, which are suitable for producing all types of concrete, ensure that concrete mixtures reach the desired fluidity and homogeneity. The single shaft concrete mixer, which is a high quality mixing equipment, has models with different capacities.
Single shaft concrete mixers have double motors and reducers that operate independently from each other. If a motor or gear fails, the capacity is halved but the machine continues producing concrete. Since the bedding system is outside, production continues without interrupting concrete production during grouting. There are helical mixer arms that eliminate the need to clean the boilers. Each model produced includes automatic lubrication system, hydraulic discharge door and maintenance safety switch. It is very efficient in terms of both time and cost. In addition to these, the fact that they are easy to maintain and the liners can be changed are among the most preferred reasons for single shaft mixers. If it is compacted concrete, its volume is 500 liters. The charging volume of the Di-Çelik-1000 model is 1500 liters, while the fresh concrete volume is 1250 liters. The compacted concrete volume is 1000 liters and the engine power is 37 kW. And finally, in the Di-Çelik-1500 model, the charging volume is 3000 liters, the fresh concrete volume is 2500 liters, the compressed concrete volume is 2000 liters and the engine power is 37 kW.
Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer (Twin Shaft Mixer)

While the engine power of the DI-STEEL-1 model produced by our company is 37 kW, and the DI-STEEL-2 model is 2×37 kW, the engine power of the DI-STEEL-3 model is 2×55 kW and the engine power of the DI-STEEL-4 model is 2×90 kW. . The charging volume of Dİ-ÇELİK-1 is 1500 liters, fresh concrete volume is 1250 liters and compacted concrete volume is 1000 liters. Dİ-ÇELİK-2 has a charging volume of 3000 lt and the fresh concrete volume is 2500 liters and the compressed concrete volume is 2000 lt. The charging volume of Dİ-ÇELİK-3 model double shaft mixers is 4500 liters and the fresh concrete volume is 3750 liters, while the compressed concrete volume is 3000 liters. Finally, DI-STEEL-4 has a charging volume of 6000 liters, fresh concrete volume is 5000 liters and compacted concrete volume is 4000 liters.

Pan Mixer
The biggest advantage of pan mixers is that they complete the homogeneous and high quality concrete production process in a short time, thus reducing the cost in terms of time and labor in projects.
Homogeneity in Pan mixers, which can be produced in different capacity types according to the demands, needs and wishes of the users and customers, is provided by fixed and moving pallets. The pallets running against the rotation direction of the chamber mix the mortar homogeneously in the machine, and the materials accumulated at the bottom or side of the chamber are also included in the mixture.
The most important feature of Pan-type mixers is more than one pouring cover system depending on the users’ wishes. This shortens the filling times of the Pan Mixers and thus increases the efficiency of the process. In addition, Pan Mixers are very easy to use, durable and work with high capacities. Pan mixers produced by our company can prepare several different mixes at the same time thanks to its multiple lids. In addition, as in all mixer types in the facility, there is a hydraulic discharge door and a maintenance safety switch.
Planetary Concrete Mixers
Planetary type concrete mixers, which differ from pan type mixers with the feature of rotating the mixer arms both around themselves and around the boiler, provide quality and homogeneous concrete production with this mixing technique. The internal structures of planetary mixers are as follows: There is an agitator type mixer around the main shaft and there are small arms that help mixing further inside. Planet type concrete mixers produced in our company are mostly demanded by processes that require low slump concrete.
Examples of these are mixers used in block making or cobblestone production facilities. Technically, the engine power starts from 15 kW and goes up to 2×37 kW, while the charging volume is 750, 1500 and 3000 liters, depending on the models.
