Vibro feeders, also known as vibratory feeders, are linear feeding machines on construction sites. Vibrating feeders, which save the business or the company from great costs economically, are one of the most preferred equipment types in crushing and screening plants. Multiple feeders are located at various facilities when moist and difficult-to-feed substances are formed. In general terms; The task of the feeders is to transfer the materials, which are in a certain size and whose distribution will be realized, to the other main machines (such as conveyor, crusher, sieve) in the facility.

The areas where feeders find common use are building materials, mining, crushing and screening plants and the chemical industry. While a rough separation is carried out thanks to the feeders, these systems; It is frequently preferred in industries such as coal mining, metallurgy, construction, mining-separation, chemistry and grinding.

The vibro feeders manufactured by Di-Çelik for its customers have been designed and produced in such a way that they can operate with a high level of efficiency in difficult and harsh conditions. These machines, which are produced in various sizes and types in line with the demands of the company or users, are used for continuous feeding of the sieves and crushers after the secondary stage, so that they can continue to work without slowing down.

Resistant to all high abrasions including harsh weather conditions, drive console with heat treatment and high quality vibrators to ensure maximum efficiency; It provides a balanced and continuous working environment in the indispensable construction sites of the construction and building sector.

These feeders, which are produced in Di-Çelik facilities, have been designed by our engineers to be versatile enough to meet the demands of the companies. These vibrating feeders, which can be used in the secondary stage, can be used in very large and large materials as well as in thin stream materials. The bolted connections of these feeders in the secondary stage, the drive console subjected to stress relief (heat treated) and the wear-resistant hardox linings in harsh conditions are suitable for all usage ranges.

Di-Çelik, aiming to offer the highest level of working efficiency to the customers, uses motors whose quality has been approved in the world, and makes it possible to easily adjust the working frequencies of these vibration motors from the control cabinet. Thanks to the convenience, it is aimed to ensure that the feeders work with high efficiency without a decrease in the performance of the feeders according to the structure and size of the fed material.

Secondary series vibro feeders have an effective structure for both feeding the materials in the pre-stock area at the construction sites and running them under the bunker. Thanks to the improved feeding performance, the secondary series vibratory feeders are designed to convey the materials from the intermediate hopper or the intermediate stock area to the crushers in a regular manner, while allowing the high level of performance to be maintained by feeding in small size.

Time Defying Di-Steel Machine Feeders

In the bunkers of the vibro feeders produced at Di-Çelik, there is a two-layer lining in all vibratory feeder machines except for one layer on the inner surface. In these machines, which allow for many years of use, when the linings begin to wear out due to use, our spare parts service supports the users and ensures that the necessary parts are changed. Thanks to the newly installed linings, the machine can continue to operate at full capacity, and thanks to this renewal, the life of the machine is extended, as well as a minimum cost to the business.

Di-Çelik  Vibro Feeders

Vibrating feeders with secondary series are very effective both in working under the bunker and in conveying the unused materials to the secondary crusher with the assurance of Di-Çelik. In our facility, which has five different vibrating feeders, machinery can be produced according to the special needs of the companies. The drive motors of the vibro feeders produced in Di-Çelik, which offers different widths and lengths starting from 650 x 1500 mm to 1500 x 2000 mm, can be shaped according to the customer’s demand, between 2×1.1 kW and 2×3.8 kW.

These construction machines, which have a capacity between 100 tons and 150 tons per hour with the lowest rates, also have variants that can process between 350 tons and 450 tons per hour depending on the need. Each vibro feeder in the Di-Çelik facility has a different feeding size.
