Pan Mixers offered by Di–Çelik have the ability to make several different mixtures at the same time due to the presence of multiple covers. The biggest advantage of the offered pan mixers is that they are simple in structure and easy to maintain, which is one of the reasons why they are preferred especially for low capacity facilities.

The springs on the middle arm fixing table of the machine protect the arms against breakage in case of strong or large aggregates that may occur in the mixer. It is aimed to minimize the operating cost with the help of NiHard4 mixing arms and scrapers, which are manufactured in high quality. Pan Mixer users have the opportunity to use their mixing equipment for a long time without changing them.

Like other mixer types in our Di–Çelik facility, the emergency stop button access cover is designed with SKF/FAG branded service type bearings. All mixer types in the facility have a hydraulic discharge door and a maintenance safety sign, and the maximum charging volume is 3,000 LT. In all mixer types, the mixer arm wear plates are produced as 25 mm NI and have a hard structure.

Side body wear plates are equipped with 10 mm HARDOX and 12 mm HARDOX options. Pan Mixers, which offer fresh concrete volume up to 2,500 LT, can increase the compressed concrete volume up to 2,000 LT. The mixers in the Di–Çelik Makine facility have been enabled to operate with motor power of 15 kW, 37 kW and 55 kW.
