Spiral washers, which are generally preferred for washing items with a size of 10 mm, have an inclined and channel-shaped structure. The spiral washers are covered with a rotating helix mixer that allows the material to move easily within the machine. Thanks to this helical mixer, dust, dirt and sand on the material are cleaned by rubbing.

The materials inside the spiral washers, which have an inclined structure, are cleaned with water; This slope is also used for the dewatering process of the cleaned materials. Thanks to the inclined arrangement, the material and water go in different directions and never mix.

The spiral washers we offer in our Di-Çelik facilities include single and double washing systems. In general, a screw washer is needed to purify the materials mixed with water from water or to purify the washed materials from water. When water is filled into the chamber of the machine, the light parts in it begin to float, and the thick materials are collected. The sand on the material sinks to the bottom and accumulates there. With the help of the spirals, the accumulated material is pushed up to the outlet of the machine and the water is discharged.

Polyurethane-lined wear parts are integrated into the spiral washers produced at Di-Çelik, so as not to cause problems and make the operation difficult.

There are five different types of spiral washer in our facility, depending on the capacity and demand needs of the enterprises. In addition to the washer, which has a dimension of 500 x 500 mm, there is also a washer of 1000 x 1000 mm. In addition to the fact that the screw washers have a washing capacity between 25 tons and 45 tons per hour, this capacity can be increased up to 100 tons and 140 tons per hour, depending on preference. The motor powers of these washers, which have optional options up to 60 to 90 m3/H water requirement, vary between 5.5 kW and 2×15 kW. Although the weight of the spiral washers manufactured at Di-Çelik facility is minimum 2500 kg, there are also different types up to 8250 kilograms depending on preference.
