The project should be taken into account when choosing a single shaft concrete mixer, which is one of the important parts of concrete plants. There are 4 different concrete mixers. These are single shaft concrete mixer, double shaft concrete mixer, turbo pan concrete mixer and planetary mixer. Although these differ according to the project, the most preferred model is single shaft concrete mixers. Mixer models are divided according to their capacity, engine power, characteristics of the discharge flaps, central lubrication systems and maximum mixing size.

Single shaft mixers are machines that can be used for all types of concrete to produce concrete. It provides the desired homogeneity and functionality for modern concrete mixtures in a short time. The single shaft concrete mixer, which is a high quality mixing equipment, has models with different capacities. Models that offer a wide range of high performance in line with the needs of customers are produced by Di-Çelik.

Mixers are produced in various forms according to the need in the construction field. Single shaft mixers have double motors and reducers working separately from each other. If one of the motors or gears fails, the capacity is halved and concrete production continues. Due to the low number of beds, the bed problem is minimized. Since the bedding system is external, concrete production continues without interruption during grouting. The drive system is double-sided and thus supports the production of concrete even at low slump.

The concrete unloading system is pneumatic and therefore the cover can be easily opened and the concrete can be discharged in case of power failure. The helical shape of the mixer arms also allows the arms to turn by scraping the boiler wall, thus there is no need for cleaning. The time required for cleaning is even shorter compared to other models. Due to the feature of the drive system, the wear rate has also decreased. In this way, possible costs are prevented and higher efficiency can be obtained.

Thanks to the automatic lubrication system with adjustable time, the bearing life will be longer. At the same time, concrete mixing times are very short with the parallel rotation of the helical mixers. The plates inside the boiler are on the ground and the wearing parts can be replaced and their service life can be extended.

Single Shaft Concrete Mixer Technicial Specification

The single shaft concrete mixers used for general concrete production are easy to maintain and their linings can be changed. They are long-lasting and offer trouble-free performance. Models with 2 cubic meters have double engines and a failure of one of the engines does not disrupt production. The robustly manufactured pulley chain mechanism transmits the motion from the heavy-duty electric motor and gearbox to the agitator main shaft. In the machine with automatic lubrication system, the bearings of the shaft are lubricated when the mixer is used regularly. As with all mixer types of Di-Çelik, single-shaft concrete mixers also have an emergency button, access cover and SKF/FAG heavy-duty bearings.

Di-Çelik produced 3 different single shaft concrete mixer models. These are Di-Çelik-1225, Di-Çelik-1635 and Di-Çelik-2040 models. Di-Çelik-1225 model;

  • Engine power is 18.5 kilowatts.
  • Side body wear plates are 10 mm HARDOX.
  • The main body wear plates are 15 mm NI SERT.
  • Mixer arm wear plates are 15 mm NI SERT.

Another model, Di-Çelik-1635;

  • The charging volume is 1500 liters.
  • The fresh concrete volume is 1250 liters.
  • The volume of compacted concrete is 1000 liters.
  • Engine power is 37 kilowatts.
  • Side body wear plates are 15 mm HARDOX.
  • The main body wear plates are 15 mm NI SERT.
  • Mixer arm wear plates are 25 mm NI SERT.

The latest model, Di-Çelik-2040;

  • The charging volume is 3000 liters.
  • The fresh concrete volume is 2500 liters.
  • The volume of compacted concrete is 2000 liters.
  • Engine power is 37 kilowatts.
  • Side body wear plates are 15 mm HARDOX.
  • The main body wear plates are 20 mm NI SERT.
  • Mixer arm wear plates are 30 mm NI SERT.

Each model is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, a hydraulic discharge door and a maintenance safety switch.
