For Which Materials Is The Wobbler Feeder Used?

Because they are wet and sticky, they can clog and damage screens and feeders that function as sifting and feeding. That’s why wobbler feeders are used. Facilities designed to operate at high capacity, and the earnings of companies producing aggregates vary according to the capacity of these facilities.

Crusher plants that do not have high capacity affect the company’s product quantity, yield and accordingly its income. When the wobbler feeding equipment is not used, this can have an even more negative effect, causing the plant to stop. That’s why wobbler feeders are of great importance for businesses.

How Does the Wobbler Feeder Work?

Wobbler feeding equipment prevents moist and sticky materials from entering the facility due to unprocessed stones and mines in stone crushing and screening plants. In this way, the system will not be disrupted. Although such substances sometimes slow down production, they can go beyond this and bring the system to a standstill.

The wobbler feeder ensures that moist and sticky substances come to a suitable structure before entering the facility. For this, small distances are left between the arranged discs and a wobbler feeder designed to rotate synchronously in the same direction is used. Working at low speed, this system works at high capacity to prevent blockages.

Wobbler Feeder Usage Areas

Wobbler feeder equipment is essential for drying wet and sticky substances and feeding the plant. For this reason, it can be used in every stone crushing and screening plant. However, the most preferred places are the facilities where the materials coming from the stream bed are processed and the wet mines coming from the mines are processed.

Stones obtained from stream beds with quality gravel and stones can be exposed to moisture and mud. For this reason, as long as the wobbler does not pass through the feeder, it can slow down the production speed of the plants. Due to the similar situation seen in mines, wobbler feeders are preferred. The stones and mines extracted from the mines can be wet for some reasons. Wobbler feeders are used to prevent the efficiency of crusher plants from decreasing.

General Features of  Wobbler Feeders

Wobbler feeding unit is used to increase the performance and efficiency of crusher plants. Machines are used to feed large-size materials and to sort small-size parts. Looking at their general characteristics, it can be seen that they dry the wet materials going to the crusher and sieve. Thanks to the materials they send to the plant in dry form, it increases the efficiency of the crusher plants and reduces the possibility of performance degradation. The equipment, which also provides material transmission to the Premier crusher, can be self-cleaning.

There are 5 different models of wobbler feeders designed by Diçelik Makine. These are the Di-Çelik-900, Di-Çelik-1100, Di-Çelik-1300, Di-Çelik-1600 and Di-Çelik-1600 models. Among the models that differ in width and length, capacities and drive powers, the Di-Çelik-1600 is the most advanced model.

If we look at the features one by one, the Di-Çelik-900 model;
